Yongkang Hongtai Hardware and Machine Factory was established back in 1986 as a specialized producer of ice cream making products. Our more than 35 years of manufacturing experience is evident in the high degree of quality of our ice cream making molds and other ice cream machine accessories.

The Hongtai factory is equipped with large laser cutting machines, automated welding workshops, and other highly advanced pieces of machinery, such as our CNC bending machine and CNC engraving machine. Our workshop is staffed by experienced technicians with high level abilities that enable the production of molds with various shapes according to the requirements of our customers.

We are a global supplier of molds and accessories for such major manufacturers as Nestle and Unilever. In the past, we have served as an OEM mold supplier for Tetra Pak and WCB companies for 8 years. These opportunities allowed us to further improve and accumulate major industry experience in quality control and factory management. Today, we do business in more than 30 countries and regions around the world including the USA, Italy, Brazil, Japan, and around the Middle East.

In 1986, Hongtai Hardware and Machine Factory was formally established as a producer of copper molds.

1990, Hongtai began producing stainless steel molds.

1995, the company implemented the ISO9001 quality management system.

1998, a partnership with Tetra Pak was established.

2005, Hongtai began working with Nestle.

2007, a WCB partnership was created.

2008, we established our own import and export company, Yongkang Hongtai Import and Export Co.

2010, we begin supplying molds for Unilever.

2012, construction begins on our new factory.

2014, we move into the new factory.
